Second i wanted to ask how the AI is able to enhance nano? The first thought that came to mind for me is nanites this would alow for the enhancement of mind mucle and allow for enhanced healing. Now i don't mean like wolverine healing in fact if i was to picture this like anything it would be the Nanites create a metal structure that then normal healing can occur around. Furthermore this could lead into a interesting story arc of the AI trying to take over the body completely. This would make the AI pretty bad ass just going to say. Well either way tell me how you think it should be done.
